i have learned a lot of valuable things from being with this company, one of the most important being, customer service. I have met so many amazing people from working with this company it is insane! the hardest part of my job is dealing with theft and telling people when they need to leave because of their actions, they usually aren't happy, but fortunately i am very good at keeping my composure when it comes to confrontation. My typical day at work is NEVER the same, there is always something new, which is very exciting! the most enjoyable part of my job is working with other people, my co-workers and the customers. Absolutely no benefits unless you are the store manager. Very little opportunity for growth as they will not promote anyone in store, start at minimum wage and make you fight tooth and nail for the smallest of raises.

It’s a busy season, we’re short staffed, this is peak selling hours, etc.

I left a little over a year ago, and they lost yet another manager and are no longer enforcing ANY of the policies they made us do (before they lost their entire experienced staff.) It specializes in leather handbags, travel accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, and other fashion accessories.
